Time is purchased upfront and can be used over a 12-month period. Sessions are billed in 30-minute increments, rounded up.

How It Works
- Get in touch — Drop me an email or message describing your scenario and what you need help with
- We’ll chat first — I’ll review your request and we’ll exchange a few emails to make sure I’m confident I can help before you spend any money
- Purchase your time — Once we’ve agreed it’s a good fit, I’ll send you a PayPal payment link for the package that suits you
- Book a session — We’ll arrange a call at a time that works for both of us
- Get building — I’ll work through your scenario with you live, sharing my screen and walking you through the solution
⏰ Please note: I work full time at Microsoft and support the community in my free time, so availability is limited. I’ll always be upfront about my availability based on your timescales — if I can’t fit it in, I’ll let you know.
